Shipping & Delivery

Please be aware that heavy delay might occur during the pandemic virus of COVID-19. We noticed important delay in delivery  from the postal service.

For this specific reason, we will consider a parcel lost if it hasn't landed within 65 DAYS after the shipping DATE.

This is meaning that you can expect a reship of your order only 65 DAYS after the shipment of your initial parcel.

When your order has been labelled as "SHIPPED", you are asked to maintain the following your Tracking Number for the 17Track.net. If your item is not received after 31 days from the dispatch date, please choose "OPEN A TICKET" and get in contact with our team. Delays can occur and are mainly because of bad weather, strikes, overload of postal network, or related issues.


There is a flat shipping price of $20. No matter how big or small they order is, that is what shipping is.

Issues and Re-shipping Policies

No problem, damaged orders will be fully covered by our reshipping policy. Before opening your package, take a picture of the package (both the front and back panels). Open it and take a photograph of any broken items within. Once done, you should then open a SUPPORT TICKET, and ensure to give us the specific order ID# of the broken order.

Any items or requests that are returned because you made a mistake while filling out the delivery form will not be gotten by us. Note that you can use a business address for delivery, but the reship policies will no longer apply if the parcel is returned or lost.

Normally, if you are not at home, the courier company will leave a docket for you to pick it up with at the building. The Post Office usually holds packages for around 15 - 20 days prior to returning it to sender. Since we are giving you a tracking number, you are need to take utmost care to track your parcel and make sure you are present to collect it or pick it up at the Post Office. Remember, what we are selling are serious items, so make sure that this does not occur.

Well, if your item is not mobile for more than 30 days, we consider it as lost. You must OPEN A TICKET. You are obviously covered by our reshipping policies.

NOTE: Avoid getting in touch with us if your package is not moving below 25 days. From our experience some items may begin moving again after 15 days locked on the same locale status. Bad weather, strikes, and an overload of postal network are the common factors causing this issue.

Following countries are not covered by our reship policy, if your order is seized:

Australia, Canada, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, Iceland, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, and Sweden. We can ship to these countries and we have delivered to them as well with success. We just can't reship if it's seized.
