Toremfine is an anti-estrogenic drug that acts as both an agonist and an antagonist to the estrogen receptor.

It's a selective estrogen receptor modulator made from triphenylethylene (SERM). The FDA has approved it for the treatment of breast cancer, and it may also be beneficial for the treatment of prostate cancer. Bodybuilders take this drug to treat gynecomastia (bitch tits).
